Zoom AA Meetings
Private, anonymous Alcoholics Anonymous meetings hosted on Zoom are launching soon. A supportive space to share, listen, and grow in recovery — from wherever you are.
What does "AA" stand for?
AA stands for Alcoholics Anonymous — a worldwide fellowship of people who share their experience, strength, and hope so they can solve their common problem and help others recover. AA was founded in 1935 and is built on a simple idea: people struggling with addiction heal best when they're not alone.
While the name says "Alcoholics," the same fellowship-based approach has helped people facing many kinds of addiction — alcohol, drugs, gambling, pornography, food, shopping, and more. Our Zoom meetings welcome anyone who wants honest support on the road to recovery.
How AA meetings can help you
Addiction thrives in isolation and shame. AA meetings break that cycle by giving you a safe, judgment-free room of people who actually understand what you're going through. Here's what regular attendance can give you:
You're not alone
Hear from others walking the same path — the struggles, the slips, and the wins.
Honest accountability
Showing up weekly creates gentle structure that helps you stay on track.
Practical tools
Learn coping skills, the 12 Steps, and what works in the moments cravings hit hardest.
Hope and perspective
See people further along in recovery and realize change is genuinely possible.
Anonymity & safety
First names only, cameras optional. Nothing shared in the meeting leaves it.
Connection beyond the meeting
Build a sober support network of people you can lean on between meetings.
You don't need to say a word your first time. Many people just listen for their first few meetings — that's completely welcome. When you're ready to share, the room will be ready to listen.
Anonymous & private
Cameras optional. Use a first name only. What's shared in the meeting stays in the meeting.
Regular schedule
Weekly meeting times will be posted here as soon as they're set.
